Account Data Usage Authorization

AUTHORIZATION TO ACCESS AND USE LINKED ACCOUNT DATA

I authorize Solid Credit, Inc. ("Solid Credit") and its authorized third-party partners, designated agents, service providers, and vendors, including Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") and data processors (collectively, the "Data Partners"), to access, collect, transmit, store, and use information from the account(s) I choose to link to Solid Credit.

Solid Credit uses Plaid to connect to my financial institution and collect information about the account(s) I choose to link. My account login stays with Plaid; Solid Credit does not see or store my account credentials.

Plaid presents and manages the specific data permissions for my linked account, which may include account information, account and routing details, identity information, balances, transaction history, and other account data made available through Plaid based on the permissions I grant during the account-linking flow.

This authorization applies to the account I am linking now and to accounts I link to Solid Credit in the future.

USE OF LINKED ACCOUNT DATA

Solid Credit may use linked account data to identify and evaluate recurring payments that may be eligible for Bill Reporting and to support Bill Reporting enrollment, verification, and ongoing reporting as described in the Bill Reporting Terms. We may review transaction history to identify eligible recurring payments, verify payment activity, confirm account ownership, and support related Bill Reporting functions.

If I use a linked account to pay for Solid Credit products or services, Solid Credit may use account and routing information from the linked account to process payments I authorize.

Solid Credit may also use linked account data to provide, maintain, personalize, analyze, and improve Solid Credit's products and services; operate and secure its business; perform analytics, testing, quality control, research, and internal reporting; develop, train, test, improve, and evaluate models, algorithms, and automated tools; provide context to AI-powered features; detect fraud, misuse, errors, and security issues; support customer service and compliance; determine whether I may qualify for Solid Credit products, services, offers, or features; and for Solid Credit's related internal business purposes and any other purpose permitted by applicable law.

Solid Credit may use linked account data with other information it has about me, consistent with Solid Credit's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

SECURITY, SHARING, AND RETENTION

Sharing and retention of linked account data, and records of this authorization, are governed by Solid Credit's Privacy Policy.

DURATION AND REVOCATION

This authorization remains in effect while any of my accounts remain linked to Solid Credit. I may revoke this authorization for a linked account by unlinking that account. If Bill Reporting is enabled for bills paid from that account, unlinking the account may prevent Solid Credit from detecting and reporting payments going forward. If the account is used for payments to Solid Credit, unlinking the account may also prevent Solid Credit from making authorized payments from that account.

Revocation will not affect linked account data collected, used, or shared before the revocation took effect, and it does not automatically revoke any separate Bill Reporting consent for bills I previously approved.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By linking an account, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Account Data Usage Authorization.
