(Consent for the use of Electronic Records and Signatures)
Last Updated: April 21, 2026
Please read this E-SIGN Consent Disclosure carefully and print or save a copy for future reference to verify that you can keep this type of electronic Communication.
This E-Sign Consent Disclosure ("E-Sign Consent") describes how Solid Credit, Inc. ("Solid Credit," "we," "us," “our”) delivers communications to you (“you” and “your”) regarding the services we may provide to you (“Services”), electronically. This E-Sign Consent supplements and should be read together with the Client Service Agreement, Website Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.
This E-Sign Consent describes how you agree to receive communications from us electronically, as described below, and how your electronic signatures carry the same legal weight as handwritten ones.
By clicking "Agree and Continue" and thus electronically signing this E-Sign Consent, you confirm that you have received, read and agree to this E-Sign Consent, that electronic signatures carry the same legal weight as handwritten ones, that you can receive electronic Communications with your current hardware and software, and that you understand you may withdraw consent at any time (which may affect your ability to use our Services). You give your express consent to receive, view, and electronically sign the Communications we display on any website, through any web browser, in any software application (including through mobile and handheld devices), and those we may send to your designated email address. You agree that the electronic Communications we send to your designated email address may include Communications displayed in the email message, attached to it, or displayed when you select links included in the message. Your consent for our use of electronic Communications and signatures will be effective unless you withdraw it as described below. If you choose not to agree to this E-Sign Consent, or you withdraw your consent, you may be ineligible to use or obtain our Services.
1. What This Covers
The Services include all Solid Credit websites and the subdomains thereof that may be delivered, administered, obtained, or accessed electronically through the Internet, the Solid Credit website, email, messaging services (including text messaging), and/or software applications (including applications for mobile or handheld devices). Solid Credit also offers Services to all Solid Credit mobile applications. In connection with the Services, we may provide certain Communications to you in electronic form and obtain your electronic signature in connection with those Communications and other notices, communications, disclosures, agreements, and terms.
This E-Sign Consent applies to all communications related to your Solid Credit account and Services ("Communications"), including but not limited to, account disclosures, billing and payment notices, credit monitoring alerts, Service or terms changes, dispute correspondence, regulatory disclosures (including the GLBA Privacy Notice), legal notices, and any other information we are required by law to provide in writing arising from or relating to your use or attempted use of any Services with us now and in the future. We reserve the right to decide which Communications to provide electronically and when to request your electronic signature for those Communications.
When a Communication is electronically displayed on your computer, or mobile or handheld device, you understand and agree that an "electronic signature" means any electronic action indicating agreement, such as clicking "I Agree" or other displayed buttons, checking a box or other displayed boxes, typing your name in a designated field, or otherwise selecting an electronic facsimile signature for the field, sending an email reply to a message transmitted to your designated email address, or taking other affirmative actions described when you view an electronic Communication displayed on your computer or your mobile or handheld device.

If we change these requirements in a way that could prevent you from accessing Communications, we will notify you and you may withdraw consent at no charge. You are responsible for maintaining the equipment and software needed to receive Communications.
4. Additional Mobile Technology Requirements
If you obtain a Service electronically via a mobile or handheld device (such as a smartphone or tablet), in addition to the above requirements, you must have software on your device that allows you to print or save the Communications presented to you. This software can typically be found in the device’s respective “App Store.” If you do not have these capabilities on your device, please obtain the Service through a device that provides these capabilities.
5. Paper Copies
You may request a free paper copy of any Communication we provided electronically (where required by law). Contact us at support@solidcredit.com or by mail at the address below.
